These guys have been great, through the depths of the pandemic you could get a shopping order delivered to your door in 2 days. The veg is really good quality the odd very tiny blip here and there as you would expect, but always rectified swiftly. The range of food is good but you have to be careful with your quantities. They have done a great job of expanding products and diversifying to meet demand of home market. Nice to be able to support a local business too.
I first became aware of Harvest home deliveries at the start of the pandemic when I was able to order grocery and other items during the period when it was well nigh impossible to obtain a supermarket delivery slot. For that reason alone I have continued to place orders as I am so grateful that Harvest had the foresight to switch to supplying household customers when the hospitality industry closed down. In addition I have always been very happy with the quality of the produce and the cheerfulness of the delivery drivers. I like the fact that goods from local suppliers are stocked when possible. Any problems I have had have been of my own making such as when I inadvertently ordered an entire case of cauliflowers instead of just one! A quick phone call to the ever-helpful staff at Harvest sorted me out immediately. I am glad that home deliveries have continued since hospitality venues reopened and intend to remain a customer. Thank you.
We got introduced to Harvest Fine Foods in the beginning of the first lockdown, when all of Poole had gone crazy buying up all the basics and we were struggling to get our hands on cupboard essentials.nnWe were so very impressed with the selection and the quality of food, and the customer service, and delivery. We would literally been lost without them ! I can't recommend them enough. The food is absolutely fantastic - high quality, excellent value, and with a big family, the bulk quantities were perfect. Also happy with the cleaning supplies and disinfectant etc. to help keep our house clean during the pandemic and beyond.nnIf you haven't tried them - you're missing out!
Brilliant! Food great quality. Support staff brilliant and helpful if there are problems. Especially when I've caused them! Delivery staff careful re social distancing, always cheerful, always helpful. What started as an emergency measure at the start of first lockdown has become something I don't intend to give up as the world comes back to normal.
