Fantastic company to deal withnHad an order go missing not their fault was delivery company. Was so easy to sort with balloon market, and they even had the replacement items sent out quickly so didn’t ruin my event! Will not be going anywhere else for balloon supplies. The customer service is fantastic.

I love buying my materials from this company.  The whole team are so friendly and ready to help.  The customer service is great and caring.  Not to mention a super fast next day delivery.  Cherry on the cake is the sweeties they send to cheer you up.

I use balloon market regularly and they are great,  but I recently had an issue whilst I was away in another country with the courier having trouble delivering items to my address which resulted in my urgent parcel being returned to them. I needed the items for event in just a couple of days so I was getting very stressed that they wouldn’t arrive in time. Well, their customer service team were amazing. They were straight onto the issues and contacted me to see how they could help. They sent out all new items before the parcel had even been returned to them to ensure I could still keep my clients happy! Thanks Abby and the rest of the team for being so helpful and accommodating

This company is by far the best company from any industry I have ever dealt with.  From a straight forward order, to questions about products, techniques and recommendations by Chat, they have knowledge that is beyond words.  I have not once felt that I have been a burden when asking questions.  BMTV on You Tube is absolutely brilliant too.  In all, if there were awards for best balloon company, this company should have more awards than Ant 'n' Dec!

I am absolutely in love with their website. It’s so easy to navigate and they have everything you need for your balloon decoration. There is so much variety in all brands and types. Their prices are competitive too. I have used other websites so I can say this one is simple fast quick downloads and so much more.nnI have met the owner and the staff once in June and they were very helpful and welcoming.nnFor website, even for a small order if you have to pay for delivery it’s worth as you save time of driving and parking.nnThe items I received was so well packed, organised nicely in the box.nnI will definitely recommend them.
