Convenient cafe to get a snack or lunch in. Always very busy at weekends so expect to queue to order and pay. Nice carvery lunches, soups, quiches, pies,salads etc
Handy for coffee and cooked food while shopping around. Full lunch for 14.50€ - good enough.
Excellent place to have lunch or delicious tarts. This is the second time passing through Athlone to dine here. The food is fresh and served by professional and friendly staff. You cannot order a disappointing dish. Wish I could take a few of the tasty items home.

Guy on till tied to charge over 30 euro for child dinner and two drinks. When challenged about it, said he thought it including the woman ahead of us who had paid already. Actual price was around 10. I don't believe he made a mistake.
Best Chowder soup I've had in my life. The bakery section is a test as well. The deli staff is very humble and good was amazing. Looking forward to visit here again.
Popped in for lunch with my sister; busy. Had to search for seating. Ordered chicken ceaser salad; without croutons. A pot tea for x2. My sister had the chowder & sandwich. I was disappointed that the tea was self service... which was okay, if only I could find it. I went to a coffee station near the till at back of restaurant and found takeaway cups. No normal tea bags English breakfast, or Barrys/Lyons. Had to walk toward front of restaurant and discovered there was sit-in cups. But had to que again, to order my tea and ensure I had receipt as to not pay twice. Returned to my table where my ceaser salad had been dropped down, to discover it was served with olives. No bacon in it either. Maybe, I was having a bad day? But it just seemed like too much hard work to pay over €20 for... Then a waiter started clearing our table mid-lunch. Took my sisters plate, as she finished before me. Overall, Soup and sandwich were lovely. So was the ceaser, once I pushed olives to side. Lots of chicken. But surprised there was no bacon and olives were added. I shall call again sometime, might have a better experience. Lovely wait staff, just their all quite busy helping customers.
Well there's a good food so you can't go wrong with but the price it's a bit spicy, otherwise good place to have a scones with tea Vegetarian options: Louds of choice for vigen people Kid-friendliness: They have kids portions so you can choose and my daughter just love them dishes Parking: Louds of space for cars at 2 levels A and B level and they have level C as well but that's only for ppl who actually leave in those apartments who are connected with Sheraton hotel and Athlone shopping center Wheelchair accessibility: All areas are wheelchair friendly as well
Very good service, great selection of pastries and cake. Excellent coffee and reasonably priced. Will be back for sure Kid-friendliness: Yes definitely kid friendly Parking: More than enough parking Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheel chair users
