Very relaxed - pick your own bike and head straight out! Friendly chap sorted us out with helmets etc. Beautiful cycle ride

The staff of Hartwells could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable when a group of six of us turned up to hire bikes for half a day. They really went out of their way to look after us and make sure that we had a lovely afternoon. This is proper customer service the way it should be. I could not recommend them more highly!

Great shop for leisure cyclists to hire a bike for the day (or longer). We hired a tandem, which was great fun. The owners were extremely friendly and set us on our way with everything we needed (helmets, panniers, lock, repair kit, spare inner, maps) at no extra cost. Just make sure you bring a few biscuits with you to keep the energy levels up as there are short, sharp hills (with lovely views), whatever direction you take from Bourton.

Great place. We hired a tandem for the day. They sort you out with everything you need - just rock up! Adrian was great and suggested a range of different routes (and provided maps) to take to nearby villages and pubs. Definitely recommend.
