I can't say enough good things about Cycle Cotswolds and the Volunteer Inn. I arranged for luggage transfer for four days and then cycle rental for a day all via email from the US. Everything was handled quickly, professionally and without any difficulty. The luggage transfer was perfect and they even allowed me to change a pick up location with just a phone call. The bikes were great, and they helped me plan the route and gave us all we needed. Thank you!
