Waited hours for a bed, left on a trolley after having surgery, felt like a convey belted. Staff were appalling. No-one care. Awful experience.
Sat waiting 6 hours to then be told I have another 4 to wait all while having a hole in the back of my goddamm hand! Classed as none emergency due to the fact id not bleed through a 9 layer bandage and a towel. Useless!
Excellent building no problems finding your way around this building friendly and helpful staff very clean and looked after.
After arriving 1 hour early to my appointment so i could find a car parking space in time so i didn't miss a very important meeting it was not the case. I went in every car park on the hospital grounds 4 times + and went up and down the multi-storey car park until i was dizzy. I tried calling the hospital to tell them i was going to be late for my appointment but could not get thought to the reception or the department i needed to speak to. Tried parking outside of the hospital grounds but it's double yellow lines and/or parking permits only. Why does the multi-story car park have a sign saying spaces available when there's clearly none available.
The midwifery team were amazing when me and my partner came in for the birth of our daughter in December 2022, special thanks to V.B. and D.H. For all their help on the Night Shift and thanks to everyone who worked the following day. You made a special day very easy, calmed us when the plan was changed and helped a lot. Thank you all.
