Day 1. Extremely poor service from Staff member Mila. I had not finished ordering I then changed parts of the order to be told the voucher I was using, she closed off, to which I replied, I have not finished my order. So why close it. Then I asked for my voucher back. She then swore at me. And served me A cold Breakfast that I ended up accepting but then leaving over half. To me this is the worst customer service I’ve had for as long as I remember. No apologie nore thank you. This person has been named and shamed so beware..... I’ve also contact head office and waiting for a reply. I will write here again once I get a reply, if not then you no there not bothered in returning my complaint. Welcome Break is also aware on how bad my experience is, having H R using there premises. Day 2. Not heard from no one regrading yesterday’s disappointment.

Would give 0 stars but it won't allow me to. Absolutely disgusting!! Ordered fish and chips and my fish was completely raw the batter was only just cooked. Will not be going back again. Made me feel physically sick.

Wow . Fish was fresh , batter was light and crisp, chips were cooked to perfection, peas were yummy . Sad to hear someone moaning in front of us about something trivial. Really enjoyed and well worth the money . Thank you

Visited today bought a simple chips and gravy and wanted a hot chocolate. I was told they didn't sell hot chocolate even though its on their menu board. I Was then given curry sauce instead of gravy which which my husband spotted the mistake and i had the guy correct his error. Took food back to the car only to find what can only be described a short black and curly hair. (use your imagination) Food was then binned as i felt rather ill after that. I would give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest google allows.

Maybe a controversial statement for somewhere that is essentially a fast food place but the fish and chips may have been one of, if not the best I've ever had, excellent I didn't give it a 5 because I didn't like the woman who served me.
