I saw the dentist Jane who was very friendly and she suggested I be referred for a deep clean. I booked in to see the hygienist Louise the next week and she was also very friendly and was very thorough. She gave me some good tips on how to brush and floss my teeth properly to prevent the need for further appointments with her. Couldn’t be happier with the service and efficiency of all the staff.
Brilliant. I had a brand new replacement filling today free of charge even though my old filling that came out was put in in1988 by another dentist. Apparently it was because I had some work done last month and I was told that because it was within the space of 2 months it was 'ongoing.' I certainly didn't expect that. A very nice surprise. Fabulous! Thank you.
Excellent staff. Fit me in for emergency appointment and could not have been more helpful. From the first phone call to treatment could not recommend enough. Dentist put me at ease and talked me through all my options. At last a dentist I can feel comfortable with. Keep up the good work.
So lucky to actually have a dentist the way things are .I phoned to have a check up only had to wait 3 weeks !! Wow !! And I need treatment the dentist explains everything and is gentle doing the actual treatment. Scared of being there but they put you at ease so friendly fully recommended this practice

I had dental treatment carried out by Kiya today. As someone with anxiety around dentists, this was the first time I have felt completely at ease throughout my treatment. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and explained the procedures to me and also what options I had. Easily my most pleasant experience at a dental practice. Thank you Kiya!
Really great experience! Im always a little pessimistic about attending the dentist surgery, but the staff made the experience 1000x more enjoyable. Louise was my hygienist and she was so lovely!! And very thorough! I felt like she actually took the time to listen to my concerns, and even went out of her way to go and find more manageable floss sticks for me as I was struggling with floss. 5* service for sure. Would recommend to anyone a little nervous! Thanks girls!
I spoke to Leianni on the phone this afternoon and I couldn’t thank her enough! She was amazing with helping myself and especially my 5 year old son out. A lovely lady thank you very much the dental practise should feel proud to have you as a member of staff x
I’ve been using Bupa Dental Care now for many years, fantastic professional service from well presented friendly staff, both dentists and dental nurses can’t be faulted. A well managed practice ! Thank you for your service.
Just had an emergency treatment appointment, I only phoned up 30 minutes before I was sitting on the chair, I could not be more happier with the service I received. The best dentist I have ever received treatment from as well did not feel a thing. Highly recommended.
