I'm a single mum who knows nothing about cars except that she needs one for her job. Harrisons really went above and beyond in their patience and communication and overall service. They were clear and honest, they understood my individual needs and treated me accordingly, the price I was charged was more than reasonable considering the work carried out - and also the speed at which they completed it. (I had my car back the following day. My friend, an experienced mechanic, has since visited on holiday and was extremely impressed.) As somebody in rather a vulnerable and desperate predicament (no car knowledge / my car not safe to drive leaving me stranded with my baby and unable to work) I would have been very easy to take advantage of. But I was looked after to the highest standard, treated with the utmost warmth and respect, and my car runs better now than it ever has. When I went to pick it up it gleamed like a brand new car right out of the showroom. First time I had used Harrisons, but I won't go anywhere else from now on. 100% recommended, absolute and total confidence in them.

Great garage and members of staff! I cannot recommend this place enough. They went over and above recently when helping me get my car out of a lane. Despite them being closed, two members of the team came out and were friendly, calm and really skilled. They were thorough when checking the car for damage, fixed it very quickly and I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely use this garage again; they are really trustworthy people and without them in this situation, my car and me would have come off a lot worse!

This garage came to us as highly recommended and we turned to them when our Mini had suffered considerable damage. We were very pleased with the service, which included staying late on the Friday before New Year's to wait for a wheel to be delivered. Chris and his team were the helping hand that we needed and I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Service I had my windscreen wipers vandalised on the last night I stayed in Boscastle. I then had a week's holiday in the South Hams. Took my car in to Harrison's on Monday morning, the parts arrived and were fitted by noon on Tuesday. Saved my holiday! Very reliable service, nice friendly staff and reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend.
