Very knowledgeable, honest people. Courteous customer service. I've used this garage several times and never had any reason to complain. Also they offer a free collection and return service.

good guys, very helpfull and good advice. have had couple jobs done here and they are very fair and good job done on van exhaust which i needed replaced. Another time checked over my new car to see if anything wrong as i not long bought it.They did this with no charge.plus gave me good advice on what might need looking at in very near future.thanks Sarah and team .

THE KINDNESS OF STRANGERS. Female pensioner gets stuck with her fiat 500 on unmetalled steep track led on by her SatNav. Insurance Company say situation not in recovery contract. By now female pensioner getting rather distressed in sweltering heat and running down mobile. Pub Manager randomly phones Arbow Garage. 20 minutes later an engineer turns up in van marked "female friendly" in pink. With courageous driving and creating ramps out of stone, engineer get car to bottom of steep track. Back at garage vehicle checked on a ramp for damage. No repair work for garage. Car fine. And No invoice. A genuine act of corporate and personal kindness. A lovely female manager, garage owned by a women. And not a single snigger among the engineers on the shop floor. Having discovered this garage, I will be taking my fiat 500 for service and mot this autumn, if not before. This is a garage for everyone, especially women car owners. Caroline Bradshaw
