It looks like Angela has left the company very suddenly, and they're working through a backlog. I finally spoke to someone called Steven today, who said my Nan (who died on 7 March) still hasn't been cremated, and it'll still be over a week until she is. very dissatisfied with this whole process, but Steven, at least, is doing his best to sort this out for us.

Have not been returning friends call since cremation and so haven’t been able to collect the ashes. Have the ashes been lost by the funeral home??? Please contact Mrs Braun asap!!

Harrison's staff did everything to make sure we were well looked after and everything was handled just so; they gave great kindness and care to us.

Refused to return calls to my mum-in-law, who was trying to receive her mum’s ashes. As a result they’ve increased her stress at a time of grief. Apalling.

My family and I were really impressed with the caring and helpful advice given during the making of our arrangements for our Mum's funeral. Never having had this experience before, we were touched by the easy way in which everything was explained to us and the obvious understanding of our concerns. We feel that Harrison Funeral Home did a great service at an emotional time, and we will highly recommend them in future. Our heartfelt thanks to all. Jean Casale
