Hello, i can say just one word: WOW!!! Workers at reception was absolutelly amazing! Very kind and Happy to help with everything. Especially one man names Sumit! Sumit is the best Of the best! Raise his salary, because you have to respect such a worker literally priceless. The owner of the hotel is very lucky to have such wonderful people working for them. I hope they are sufficiently recognized for their wonderful work, which must often be very demanding. So even though the location of the hotel was noisy for me, the soundproofing was incredible. So if you have the windows closed you have peace in the room. Anyway.. Thanks to the hotel staff, it was worth it despite the noisy location of the hotel. Normally I would choose a quieter location next time, but since you have such wonderful staff, I would love to stay at your hotel again in the future. Big Thank you for everything! Wow, what an incredible find, I have already noted Chevals other properties. Outstanding service from Raymond and his colleagues, really friendly, good fun and can not do enough for you. Received very informative emails prior to arrival. The rooms have been refurbished to an extremely high standard and beautifully done. Very comfortable, very minimal external noise especially in London, good curtains if you want it dark. No internal noise from other residents at all. The housekeeping staff keep everything beautifully clean and serviced. The extra bits - breakfast items what a surprise full bottle toiletries to use during the stay and all the facilities the kitchette provides is absolutely superb. The location is ideal, tube station and bus stops minutes away taxis outside. Waitrose, Tesco, Pharmacy in the next road. We walked ok from Victoria Coach Stn and across Hyde Park to Libertys, Carnaby St etc during our stay. All of the museums, Royal Albert Hall and Harrods are just along the road together with every type of restaurant you can think of. A safe location. I can not recomend the Cheval Harrington any higher. A great stay thankyou.

Absolutely loved this place, staff led by Sumitt couldn't do enough for me as a guest even postage label primted out - so kind & caring, day in day out for 4 days i stayed here. My studio was like small apartment, very spacious good for work excellent WiFi & tall table very comfy as work station x dining table. Beautiful bed linen feather or at least no synthetic rubbish that makes you sweat here!, fluffy towels & great robes, quality everything. Welcome snacks, water, juices on arrival. Water left for you every day, together with nespresso capsules etc. Beautiful decor is just a cherry on top. Location cannot be beat - 2min to the tube, 5min to all the museums.

Fantastic location on a convenient London road, not far from Royal Albert Hall and a reasonable walk to Harrods. The hotel has an exquisite lobby, the apartments are clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and overall it was a great experience. Rooms: The rooms were extremely modern and were furnished to a high standard.
An incredible find in central London. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe. The apartments are just steps from a tube station. The apartments are beautifully furnished and had everything we could have needed, plus a bunch of snacks and beverages upon arrival. They even brought in kids shampoo and a little robe for our six year old! On top of everything else, the staff was wonderful to us. Forgive me if I missed the names exactly, but thank you Cherise, Puna, and a special thanks to Summit, who made sure our stay and our travels were perfect. The guy even took the time to provide handwritten instructions too get to Gatwick with a labor strike underway and left under our door because his shift ended while we were out exploring the city. Awesome crew!
My family and I had an AMAZINGGG experience here!! Firstly, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Sumit for being soooo patient and understanding during our one-night stay here wish we could’ve stayed longer!!. Thank you to Cherise not sure if I spelt her name correctly for being so helpful too! Secondly, the room was adequately sized and well-equipped!!! The toiletries were very posh and fragrant There’s a kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer with detergent and dishwashing liquid provided. Oh and there’s also shower facilities with towels provided in the common washroom downstairs in case you need to wash up after checking out! And South Kensington Station is just a stone’s throw away, you can take the Piccadilly Line directly from Heathrow Only thing is that there’s a short step up to enter the premises but I’m sure the staff will be able to provide assistance if needed! I highly recommend Cheval Harrington, especially if you’re staying for a longer time in London or travelling with family!! I’ll definitely be back :
Very nice place to stay, close to South Kensington station. Staff helpful and apartment has plenty of thoughtful touches. Whilst there's really no Street noise during the night, the underground does seem to run through the night and can be felt rumbling through the building.Rooms: 5/5
