Brilliant. Terrible weather, sent a car to Luton Airport where the incumbent firm couldn't get a car. Arrived in good time, and a no incident journey home in poor snow conditions.

Of all the taxi services in the area, this is by far the best. I was apprehensive at first owing to my not-so-good experiences with other cab services in the past. But Harpenden Taxis Drivr really is a great service. Thoroughly professional and courteous staff. Great first experience.

I don't normally write reviews but I felt I needed to for this firm as they were extremely helpful and kind and considerate. As a special needs user I am always apprehensive to use taxis but I have to say on this occasion the driver was very helpful and considerate and helped with everything, was very patient and made me feel at ease. I will in future always use this company,

Used this firm as another local firms operator was really rude and abusive when I was getting late for work one morning and the taxi had not arrived on time nearly 30 mins late. I will never go back as this firm sent me text confirmations! a tracking link and email receipt! Something which no other local taxi firm provides. Many thanks for your great service.

Excellent experience. Easy online booking portal. Driver arrived on time and greeted us warmly. We reached Harpenden Airport well before the check-in time. Will definitely use next time. Highly recommended!
