Perfect service - easy to book, great communication upon pick up and drop off .. also left my camera in the taxi when I got out and before I could call up to report it the driver had dropped it off at my hotel for me to collect on my return. Thank you so much . Highly recommended A******

Service is fine, have always turned up, send lots of text updates but taxi arrived very early which was irritating as it meant I had to wait at my destination for half an hour, which was a massive waste of time. This has happened before with this company. It would be fine if I knew for sure the meter wouldn't be turned on until the time I booked the taxi for and the driver was happy to wait until then, but it's unclear so I regularly end up leaving 20mins+ before I had wanted to.
On this journey the driver also took a phone call while driving (on a handset, not a handfree device)

Over promise and under deliver... quoted one price and all confirmed. Halfway through a recent wedding we attending A1 rang us up to change the booking as they had over booked. Then because they we're now sending two cars not one 8 seater, charged us twice as much. This was topped off by only one car turning up at midnight and 4 of us being stranded for 45 minutes whilst they attempted to get a second car to the venue. Very very disappointing, not a company I'd use again or recommend especially if your pick up is somewhere remote. They might just leave you there...

A1 made a journey to the airport with several suitcases, a pram, and two children under 4 very easy indeed.  They are always on time, the cars are clean and the drivers friendly.
