Sometimes when you order food online it arrives late, cold and badly cooked with a grumpy delivery person with little or no manners. This was not true whatsoever with Haroons when we ordered on Saturday 20th Feb 5.05pm. It came on time, it was hot and it was without a shadow of a doubt one of the nicest pizzas I have had in a while. The stuffed crust was a great choice and a great taste. Everything we ordered came, the delivery man was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. 5 out of 5, quality food and in review "Bang Tidy" Order from these guys.
Will never order from this place again. We order once or twice a week ordering naan kebabs and never had an issue. Today 45 mins late. Guy answering the phone lying saying the delivery driver is outside us standing outside like idiots looking for a car that didn't exist. Kebab came with no naan just meat in a box and the guy on the phone tries to tell me I ordered wrong when I reorder the same order everyweek but today it it's different and it's me who messed up? Im rly angry at the attitude of this place. I will never ever order from here again. There are plenty of kebab shops in Leeds. Don't need dirty liars
I've never been forced to write a review in my life until now but the service and more importantly food at Haroon's takeaway, Leeds is truly astonishingly bad I was relaxing with my girlfriend at home on a Saturday evening and decided to Google 'Leeds Takeaway', and find some food. All we wanted was a pizza. We unfortunately spotted Haroon's takeaway and thought, why not. They rushed me on the telephone, but i'm sure they're busy on a Saturday night, so for this i didn't mind. Although the 90 minute wait didn't please me after they said "30 minutes up to 40 minutes delivery" on the phone. After an hour i rang them to check and was told they where about to close, i asked, is this my problem? I'd ordered well in advance and after a minutes thought they decided to bring the food out late. As i say, after 90 minutes they arrived, two men, with faces that looked like they're parents had just been murdered. Not very welcoming service. And what a surprise, our pizza was not only incorrect, but stone cold. And i don't mean luke warm or cold, i mean freezing cold, as if it had been made and had been left outside for an hour, which it probably had. If you're thinking of ordering from Haroon's, think twice, believe me! I wish i'd read a review and spent my hard earned money elsewhere so take this as a warning from an incredibly unhappy customer. Everything I am about to say is me being 100% honest, by far the worst pizza i have ever ordered in my life! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Terrible customer service, cold, disgusting pizza with an 1 hour wait! And the person on the phone just ended up arguing with me!
Well and truly impressed. You have to try the Monster Kebab. Good food, good customer service, what more can you ask for. This place is underrated .

90 minutes waiting time. When delivery driver arrived pizza was cold. Never more haroons!!!!!!
