I’ve been told about Harlem and thought I would try it while in Belfast, we cued for a table and the place looks lovely, the blond girl gestured nicely to us that it wouldn’t be long as she seen us waiting a little while, we were a table of four, a little short guy with a nose ring then walked right up and said to the people behind us “table of five” and moved them to the next table and even had to go get an extra chair for them, he never referenced us or even looked in our direction. I’ve ate in places from India to Dubai, America to Thailand. In my life I’ve never been completely ignored like that. The man didn’t even reference that we actually existed. I don’t know who trained that man but if this place has any hope of keeping a good reputation for food they need people who know how to do their job.

Once arrived we waited a bit for the table, it was a busy day for them. The atmosphere was very nice, the place is a mix of many different styles, bohemian chic in predominance. Initially we thought to have just a hot drink, but once we took a seat, looking at the great dishes around us, we decided to order something light and warm. The plates have been served in a reasonable time. Scampi for me and a leeks and potatoes soup for my miss. Both of them were very well presented and tasty. I can't tell the same for the Irish coffee, more like an alcoholic cappuccino. Staff very friendly and helpful.

One of my favourite places in Belfast. Always packed to the rafters for a reason. Excellent food, great drinks and one of the best atmospheres I’ve ever dined in. Their service is so personable and nothing is ever too much, they always exceed expectations. Keep it up Harlem!

Flavours are tingling deliciously in the mouth. Staff are very attentive and the atmosphere truth Harlem style. A must to visit. If you local or visiting. Decor is inviting and you can't wait to experience it.

Great service. Staff very helpful. They were able to swap items to suit my friend who is vegan. The service was fast and the food was amazing. I had the smoked salmon. The cafe is decorated very well and has a cool feel about it. Its very central and close to many places and bars. 🥚🍳🍲🥗🍝🍻🥂
