Lovely bedding plants out in carpark, very safe system in operation - table at entry with gloves, wipes and hand gel. You put your chosen plants at the boot of your car, assistant  comes out and adds up your total. Only 3 in at a time, floor clearly marked with one way arrows and distancing, screens at checkout. Wide aisles, so altogether feels very safe. Been like this since the start of lockdown. Very impressed. Better than any other shop, including supermarkets.

Loads of parking space.  Huge choice of dog and equine products and feeds and bedding  as well as workboots wellies overalls. If you can't find it here then you probably don't really need it. Great staff that'll take everything to your car. The only thing that they  don't  do is come home and walk the dog too!

Plenty of stock bit expensive

Good for pet and animal supplies. Seasonally will sell a limited range of garden plants too.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful goi g through loads of bags of dog food to help me get the rite grain free food for my three Cocker spaniels manager Steve /Derek lol  I'm no good with names took it to my car for me, big thumbs up ended up with harbros own salmon grain free which they all love!

Good store but it's horrible walking in with like four staff stood at the counter watching you, Dalkeith one is much nicer staff are friendly and chatty

Hawick is a lovely place to walk around and plenty to see too. Little local shops to browse in and 4 large supermarkets to do the weekly shopping in

Good signage so that you understand the civid rules, good quality plants and helpful staff.
