Love this restaurant l love the friendly professional staff. The food is excellent. Nothing is any trouble. Lovely ambience overlooking the marina. One if my favourite places to eat.

I went to the restaurant on a midweek lunchtime when the weather was somewhere between light rain and continuous drizzle. The place was unsurprisingly quiet and the waitress was attentive and friendly. The food, for a group of five, was served promptly and enjoyed by all. Prices were average. The place was clean and tidy. The view of the marina, where we sat beside the windows, was very attractive. It was a good place to spend a couple of hours on a day when the weather precluded much else.

I liked the location and they staff seemed really nice. The food was average but I little better presents than it tasted. Overall I thought it was farely cheap too. They have a carvery! Which was ok although the plate smaller than a dinner plate but larger than a saucer. Good views! I think it will be nice in the summer.

Disappointing both food and service. Very gerneric pate and a prawn cocktail with 8 prawns and lots of cheap Marie rose sauce and dry (out of the fridge) bread. No food check so couldn't say anything and was to hungry to find someone myself. Table was cleared however the cutlery was not replaced so I had to take from another table in order to eat my carvery. Which was almost tasteless!! Which is very hard but very impressive. Am the meat was totally over cook, roast pots were dry and under roasted (almost half deep fried and left in a hot cupboard for most of the afternoon). Second order of drinks took some time to arrive and the waitress seemed totally uninterested (possibly the result of a busy and long bank holiday weekend). I then felt the quality of our food would be reflected in the dessert so gave them a wide berth!. While paying I asked for a email for the manager but was told there wasn't an email address, after a few mins of back and forth I have up as the staff seemed unhelpful. I was recommended this place for the view and was very open about the food (I had not read any reviews) however I would not recommended which is a massive shame as it has huge potential the views are great but a huge let down!!.

Great menu with really good burgers as well as a carvery and the views across the marina are lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful and turnaround times for the food are very good. Lovely. Highly recommended
