All I can say is wow. When my old car gave up on me I found myself with a small budget and no idea of what to buy. I was in need of honest advice and a terrific price. I thought my options would be limited, but Derek found a fantastic small and reliable car for me. The car, along with their service, has been nothing short of fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend! They now have a new customer for life in me.

Very happy to recommend.. Excellent service from Derek and family .( new dealership) who were friendly and responsive and the service was second to none.. Buying Toyota MR2 from there was a truly pleasant experience. Will buy from the dealership again.

From start to finish, the service that I received from Happy Autos was absolutely second to none. I was unable to visit the dealership at the time, but they were more than happy to bring the car that I enquired about to me personally. I did not feel any pressure at all, and we even had a nice general conversation over a coffee! Once I was happy to go ahead, the car was taken back, prepared, and then delivered back to me, all within the space of a few days. I could not recommend this family business highly enough. Thank you!

I brought a Seat Ibiza estate from Happy Autos ltd a few days ago and I have to say the service was great. No pressure sales tatics used at any point but at the same time Harry was incredibly helpful. Very trusting, let me look at a few cars at my own liesure, allowed me to take my time and check out everything I wanted to. Gave me a great deal on my car for a part ex and was happy to negotiate an offer the the Seat. Sadly didn't meet Derek face to face but the few times we spoke of the phone he was incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. Harry definitely went above and beyond when I arrived late to collect the car, easily kept him a good hour over their usual closing time and there wasn't even a hint of feeling pressured to leave. 

Apart from the customer service the car is great to. Presented with a fresh service and MOT, cleaned inside and out and looked great.

Fantastic family business that really does deserve the 5 stars. I will definitely use again and recommend.
