I bought a car just recently from Autos Direct, a small but very helpful and friendly dealer. Richard has provided me with a top class service, the kind you would expect if buying new, no pushy salesman here. I've bought a lot of used cars over the years, with mixed luck on how reliable they are, but I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend Richard as a dealer.

Went to look at a car here earlier this week. Richard was very friendly and helpful, told us everything we needed to know about the vehicle and was very open and honest. Would very happily have bought a car from him  Unfortunately when I spoke to James on the phone he was very rude. I told him I couldn't commit to a viewing deposit as my wife is heavily pregnant and I could end up having to miss my appointment if she suddenly went into labour. His response was to essentially call me a time waster and hang up on me.  In short: Richard 5/5 James 1/5

I contacted the garage on Saturday as was interested in a car I've now purchased I was so impressed with the communication, Richard was sp helpful, I explained I couldn't view the car until the following weekend and he offered if I pay a deposit he would hold it for me. He told me if I didn't show I wouldnt get my deposit back fully understandable. My partner took me before the weekend as I really wanted to see the car. I got to the garage and I can't express how fantastic Richard was. He helped so much explained everything, helped with registering the car in my name, including adding a few extras eg putting diesel in the car for me. I can't recommend this garage and Richard enough  don't be out off by stupid reviews for petty things. Thank you again my car is perfect.

I purchased a Ford Focus last week. I saw the car advertised and left a message. James promptly called me back. We were unable to go and look at the car that day so I paid a £50 holding deposit to stop it being advertised. The following day we went to see the car. It was exactly as James had described. We purchased the car and the deposit was deducted as promised. We are very happy with the car. It's perfect! A great service and we wouldn't hesitate to buy from this garage again. I called Autos Direct after I saw a car online which I really liked the look of. I was very nervous as I needed the car to be delivered to me and so I didn't get to view it upfront. They described to me on the phone about general wear and tear for age, and what the car was like. I went ahead with the purchase and it was delivered to me today very quick and straightforward I am really happy with the car. Was pleasantly surprised when it arrived to see a nice car and as described. Thank you Autos Direct!

Great Service I purchased a BMW 330ci from these guys, the service they offered was great. They went out of their way to get the car delivered to my home address with the option to return it if I wasn't happy. There was a slight issue with the grills on the bonnet but we came to an agreement which allowed me to replace the parts which was pretty easy. The car was delivered in great condition 17 years old I wanted to wait a little while before writing this review to make sure all was well. I would have no hesitation in dealing with this garage again and would highly recommend them. Thank you once again.

I bought a car through Autos Direct 3 months ago for my son. Richard was helpful and not at all pushy. He let me take the car away and get it checked over by my local garage before purchase. He was happy to sort the couple of issues found by our mechanic. We did have a minor issue after two months with an injector. Richard was great, he arranged to have the car taken away and repaired. We are very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Autos Direct.
