Rooms here are a decent size and overall cleanliness was satisfactory although the beds where not up to scratch. Other guests can be loud and disruptive disturbing the tranquil view through the 7 inch glass block windows. Room service is POOR and breakfast was prepared by microwave which was very disappointing. Would use again
Very disappointing, I found a lost iPhone on my way home and tried to hand it in to the police station, but they are closed due to the virus and asked me to go to longton, they protected themselves but I have to take the risk to travel by public transportation. People lost or found something at Hanley have to travel to Longton while all shops and restaurants are open to the public, shame on the police station.
Don't bother trying to find out if your relative has been locked up completely pointless without your relatives permission but I cant contact them so they don't know how stressed I am and unsure if they are safe nothing against police officers who do a great job in bad situations but too much red tape you sufficate in it complete burocracy
Never been so happy with the police force all ways responded and acting in a swift manner I'm proud to live in Stoke on trent and have such a fantastic force x
Walked here to report a crime. It was close. It took me an hour to get through to someone on 101. By then the perp was long gone.
