Not bad for an open prison for women. Great pads n woman n they make the tastiest sauté potatoes I've ever had. 😂 👌🏼

Took ages to get a first visit booked. Takes over an hour for people to answer the phone lines and approval of initial visit  didnt happen for weeks. You keep getting routed back to the main booking line who cannot help until the approval has been done. When you get through to the main staff eventually at Drake Hall they do not tell you what is happening next. Website seems dated the complaint numbers you cant get through on and the prison booking and general systems seem so behind the times.
