What I endearingly call the big oatcake due to the curvy roof. Very aesthetically pleasing architecture and well signed inside. It also has plenty of seating, toilets and a well equiped convenience store. It is worth noting the doors do not open at night, but some external bays are still in use. My favourite bit about the look is you can get the most amazing sunsets showing through the glass facade my phone does not do justice to
Disabled and waiting for a bus at 4am, nowhere to sit as the benches have turned into ice cubes due to the anti homeless design, its impossible to find somewhere to sit that wont cause me physical harm. The floor is literally warmer than the benches are. Please put some seating out
The station is spacious and well-organized, making it easy for passengers to navigate. However, some users have noted that it can get quite busy during peak hours. Overall, it’s a significant improvement over the previous station, offering better amenities and a more pleasant travel experience.
Pigeon poop everywhere by windows and benches,I bet it spreads a lot of germs and stuff through buses too…just disgusting and unsafe health wise.
A total dump with mostly empty shops, full of junkies and drunks screaming abuse when you won't give them money for their fixes. Council do NOTHING about it except waste our money on fancy hotel we don't need, or carpark hardly anyone uses. I only go for optician and hearing aid appts. When I first moved to the area in 1977, 47 years ago Hanley was a busy city centre full of shops, markets, no empty shops, no drug addicts or violent drunks. We had a great night life, clubs and pubs fit to burst, theatres for a play or a show, altogether a great place altogether to shop and have a night out. Now we have nothing virtually, boarded up shops, broken windows of shops that are still in operation, stench of cannabis in the town. The elderly and babies/young children should have to put up with. If the losers want to take that filth I suggest they do it on derelict waste ground, plenty of it about where council have closed places down and left to rot. They should all be sacked in that party running it, could'nt run a bath, never mind a city. Could I do better you may ask, YES!
