The personal touch matters.... where with staff on hand to assist and advise .
All very helpful and go out their way to ensure you have what you need for the job your doing .
You are not left looking for help like in larger chain stores.....  a family run business with old fashioned values where the customer does come first.
Have  been using this store for years and tend not to go else where and will continue  using in the future .

Always accommodating and endless with advice, even if it's recommending a product elsewhere. It's comforting to know there's a Handyman who's primary concern is the needs of the customer, and not of the quick sale. I've been aware of the stores existence for nearly twenty years. I'm sure he's been there for many more, and with a service that's sadly lacking elsewhere, I'm quite sure he'll be there for many more.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Staff super friendly, if they've not got it in stock they usually order it in asap. Fantastic prices too.
