Saw Tony on three occasions and would definitely go back and recommend to others! With exercises to help stretch and strengthen a hip flexor injury, guidance with training and help with recovery, I'll be back to my previous strength in no time! Very professional yet still has a friendly and welcoming approach.

Excellent sports massage, Tony is very attentive and I always leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. Great for loosening up the muscles and keeping the niggles at bay. I would highly recommend.

My 14 year old son had a sports injury in his shoulder that wouldn't get better and affected his game over some months. Tony identified the problem and cured it with a program of deep tissue massage, a targeted exercise regime and lifestyle advice. Thanks Tony!

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Tony - on Sunday I ran every single step of the way of the New York Marathon following only 8 weeks of training. I can honestly say without Tony's advice I would not have achieved this. Following a nasty fall and split open knee I needed to rebuild the strength in my whole leg following 4 weeks of complete non use of my leg. Tony built up my confidence in just one session with an exercise program and helped me work out a sensible training schedule under the circumstances. Tony spent time talking about and explaining how my knee needed to recover. At all times Tony was extremely professional and efficient and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
