I had a consultation with Alex at Flex who instantly made me feel welcome. He gave me the reassurance I came for as well as a detailed set of exercises to help me on the road to recovery with a knee injury. Professional and personable,  I would highly recommend Flex Physiotherapy and want to thank Alex again for his support.

After a telephone conversation regarding my knee, I was recommended to have treatment on the swelling at Flex Physiotherapy. The treatment to remove fluid from my knee and the administering of a steroid injection was professionally completed and the advice from Matt Prout was detailed and welcomed. At my follow up meeting a regime of exercises was given to me together with further advice on keeping the knee in a good state. Overall, I thought Flex Physiotherapy was very professional and caring about my issues and I would certainly recommend their services.

I was referred to Flex Physiotherapy, they have a great website with detail about their consultants. I struck gold with Alex. Took his time to understand the issues and their significance to my daily life. Impressively easy to contact and happy to help and advise outside a consultation. A proactive, can do, “we will work together” attitude and I felt that he really cared about my rehab.

Alex at Flex Physiotherapy was extremely helpful, improving my understanding of the condition & helping me to manage my expectations regarding recovery. I underwent a course of Shock Wave therapy as well as a programme of very effective exercises. These were designed to gradually increase the load on the tendon as my strength improved. I have experienced a considerable improvement in my condition as a result of this mixed approach. I would highly recommend Alex & the Flex Physiotherapy team.

I've found the service provided by Alex at Flex Physiotherapy to be excellent. On the initial consultation he listened carefully to the problems that I was experiencing and together with performing tests on the affected area was quick to diagnose the issue. He then gave me a series of exercises to improve the situation. On the two following sessions he assessed how the injury was responding and adapted the exercises accordingly and I'm now in a place where I can do the sports that I love without pain. At no time did Alex put any pressure on me to have a follow up consultation, it was my decision. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex and Flex Physiotherapy.

I was experiencing severe shoulder pain and was able to book an appointment for the following day. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue with ultrasound and was able to give me a steroid injection the following day. Within a few days my shoulder was significantly better and still improving. Now following a rehab routine as recommended by Matt. Able to park right outside and Matt offers a very friendly and professional service.  Thanks!

Had a great experience with Flex. Saw Alex with a knee problem when I could hardly walk. Following his diagnosis he recommended an off loader brace as the solution. Despite it being a fairly expensive solution it has been brilliant. In 3 weeks all pain has gone and am back playing sport. Service, support and guidance from Alex has been superb.

I went to Flex today as I pulled my hamstring and I felt it needed some specialist care. I saw Kieran and he was so knowledgeable and practical. I felt like I received great care and feel confident that my injury will heal really well with this session and the exercises given. I highly recommend, thanks.

I had a really positive experience at Flex Physiotherapy. Kieran was thorough and found the root of my problem before recommending a course of treatment. I was really happy with the results I was able to notice over the course of my treatment and felt that Kieran really engaged with my healing process. I can 100% recommend Flex. I saw Kieran for back pain and I’m now on the mend. I really appreciated his expertise and patience answering all of my questions in a way that I could fully understand. The on site parking is also really helpful if you have mobility issues.
