Absolute crooks. Sold a car to us with an engine that had been 'botched up' and many many problems, after countless emails and calls which were ignored and resulted in us taking them to small claims court. We won our case, Mr James Leighton did not even attend. I would avoid these like the plague

I bought a car last year from Handpicked cars and they were great! They went out their way to make sure the car was ready to go. A week after the engine light came on and they took it back and had it fixed within a few days. Would recommend

Good prices, but terrible aftersales. If you get lucky and find a car with no issues I'm sure it'll be fine, but if you have an issue, expect weeks of chasing them, getting fobbed off (Alan has authority to sells cars, but only James seems to be able to deal with the aftersales, but he is only contactable when he wants to be), & lied to.

Keen to sell the car, was told car had a full service and safety check!!!;
Front suspension coil was broken, and front shock had to replaced.
Checked.... I don't think so
