AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, I purchased a car via finance organised through luv car loans and shortly after it arrived on that day i had it checked over by a mechanic and it was found to be faulty the clutch release bearing was on its way out and the console computer system also showed an error which meant i couldnt use any of the options and the aircon was stuck on. I contacted the dealer who was very pushy and said that he would send a clutch down and we can get it fitted at our expense. We declined as it was under the dealer warranty for 3 months so he said he would collect and fix it and bring it back. TO TOP THIS ALL OFF THEIR DRIVER AQUIRED A SPEEDING TICKET DRIVING THIS CAR BACK TO BE REPAIRED. He would not update me FUNNY THAT, ITS BECAUSE THEY SOLD THE CAR WHILE IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY HAVING REPAIRS!! Quang kept telling me that it was in the garage and he hadn't had an update and he would call the next day but never did. While i was waiting for the car to be fixed he sold it on to another dealer and just kept fobbing me off. So I said I didn't want to proceed as I need a car and they are just messing around so reversed the finance and gone back to square one looking for another car. He didn't give me back the full, deposit he only paid me 500 and I paid 750 and he is saying that the 250 was for delivery but he didn't say that in the beginning he originally said that he would knock off 500 and deliver the car for free so the finance company told me this then he was supposed to call me to take the deposit and didn't and then I emailed him and he did call me and was quibbling about the price that he knocked money off so he didn't honour that as I paid 750 and the finance company 6995 so actually it covered the cost of the car just not the delivery which he said was free anyway so I would like to get the money back that i have paid out for a car i don't have. he says it was a delivery charge and that's non refundable but he didn't say this to me he even stated in a text message that I didn't pay for delivery. it also states under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 that all charges should be refunded for faulty goods which this car was faulty so actually i should have that money back whether it's a delivery charge or not!! the finance company send me links over for cars that they will finance and they send over a link to the car I sent back so the original dealer has now sold it on as he clearly knew there were issues with it and it's up at a reduced price When I asked Quang about this he lied to me as well he said 'I still have the car it's in the garage' which it isnt it's at a different dealers advertised on autotrder I sent him the link and he then proceeded to try and sell it back to me again knowing full well he doesn't have the car. Also telling me he doesn't need my money yet won't return it as I do need my money for a deposit on another car plus expenses for losses due to the inconvenience of not having the original car!! avoid at all costs as this man is nothing but unreasonable and just out to make a few quid by scamming vulnerable people!! This company lie even with all the evidence sent to them they still do not accept fault. They ask me not to say bad things about their company yet they do not do anything to put things right they clearly lie lie lie and try to sell cars they don't even have!!!! I wish you could post videos as I have proof of the noise the release bearing was making I do however have pics of the error that was coming up. AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR.
Dani is an absolute star! My husband and I were looking to buy a bigger, family car. Dani helped us find exactly what we needed and kept us updated through the whole financial process. DO NOT USE. Sold my friend a car that was faulty. She wanted her money back. They sold the car on without paying her back and got a speeding ticket to boot, which has been sent to her instead. They have now blocked her. So they sold her a dud, took her money and then sold the car again. Currently going through Trading Standards.
I bought my Infiniti Q30 from Southern Auto Centre Ltd. The car had issues, but the dealership eventually fixed the issues to my satisfaction. I appreciate their efforts in resolving the matter and ensuring my car is now in good working condition. Thank you, Mr. Quang and team, for your dedication to customer satisfaction. Lovely staff, unfortunately lack of communication. I went there and purchased a car on finance on the 29th April 2023. To be told that the car needed some work which would take roughly a week arranged to go back the following weekend. I contacted the garage and the car was still not ready as the wrong part was sent and they were waiting on a replacement part. The part finally arrived, then another problem was found with the car doing the timing chain. Then I was given false hopes that the car was going to be ready. Too many promises and too lies after 2 and a half weeks later, since signing the paperwork I decided to pulled out of the contract. As still no car. Then I get contacted to tell me that the car just needed a software update but couldn’t be completed until the 30th June 2023. Absolutely gutted due to this will never return unless training is provided for all staff members and communication gets better. So that everyone is aware of what’s going on and happening so that no one else has to go through the disappointment like I did. Picture of car which I was supposed to have.
Absolute joke of a car dealership. Nothing but issues and trying to resolve the issues we’ll be prepared for rude, arrogant and disrespectful responses and no help whatsoever. Help yourself out by never trusting this dealership as it will put you off buying a car completely. Crumbs and wrapped all in the interior of the car when collected as well. JOKE JOKE JOKE AVOID.
I have never enjoyed buying a car more, such friendly and helpful service.The car itself lived up to my expectation.I can highly recommend buying a car from southern auto centre. What you see is what you get.Thank you so much,and it truly is a lovely car.
This is my 3rd car and I’m more than pleased once again. Car is perfect apart from a couple of fussy cosmetic issues which the lovely ladies in the office sorted straight away. Very Happy
Amazing service from amazing lovely people! I was completely new to car finance but Loren was so helpful and professional every step of the way. Every question I had - big and small - was answered instantly either face to face or via text/email. Honestly cannot find a single fault with the service - won’t be going anywhere else for any future cars. Thank you all so much for making this such an easy and pleasant experience!
