Although the staff are actually Japanese they are Chinese, I still found the food authentic. The price is not too expensive and very worth it. I have only been once but I intend to go again. Bacon recipes cooked just right this not to overdone and it's not to undercooked. The portions are very very big. The interior design of the restaurant is completely amazing. When you first walk in you're greeted by a large mosaic mirror. And this is just the reception. Inside the actual restaurant there are lights candles and everything in between. I found the actual restaurant quite small though but overall I would rate 10/10
Amazing! Visited twice and loved it. It is very clean and has a nice, simple layout. 4 TV's in the dining area so everybody is able to watch one whilst eating. The food is delicious and the presentation is very good. Good value for money. Definitely worth a visit if you love Japanese food. Certainly will be returning in the future!
I decided to pop in here after I found myself at a loose end in Coventry one weekday evening. I'm going to be honest and say this was very weird. I was seated downstairs on my own far away from the chefs and with quite deafening dance music playing. Being there alone the service was highly hit-and-miss and I'm pretty sure they forgot about me at one point. Maybe the chefs were keeping an eye on me. I found out when I left they were shepherding their other customers to the floor above. The staff were polite enough when they interacted with me and I'd class the food as "OK" rather than anything special. The sushi was good though. But I'm afraid the combination of being the only diner and coming out deaf mean this isn't a place I'll be returning to.
Well the staff were nice, when i asked for chilli oil and such it was brought to me. and the drinks were brought in a good time also, and the place was clean and well presented... However, mine and my friends food were brought to us at such massively different times his food was cold by the time mine arrived. the menu was very lack luster and the options were quite limited, and when the food got to us... i was tempted not to pay and just to walk out, the deep fryed prawns were vile as they were not drained properly after cooked so just soaked up the oil; making them greecy and generaly quite disgusting. The fried rice was rank, genuinely have no idea how you can get fried rice wrong when i make it at home a few times a week. and the odon noodles with chrispy chicken was bland and the only flavor to be found was curry powder... All in all this place was not sumwhere i would ever visit or like to send a friend too, the food ruined my evening. it is rare i leave any food on the plate as a body builder but we ate less than 20% of it leaving the rest, so this is a place to be avoided in my opinion.
Japanese food important things is FRESH. BUT I went to Hana moon on the 4 September 2017, I ordered the sushi and noodle, the taste was okay but the ingredient was not FRESH at all. It seems they put over 2 nights.
We went and we was only people there food was served fast, per portion kinda expensive compare to other places, interior design is top class, can't really say much about the food as was ok but nothing out the ordinary It does have a karaoke but not sure when it's used
I constantly stop grabbing some food in this place. I like the rapid service and well made dishes. They never disappoint.
The food was amazing, best sushi I have ever had, also the lady who served us was very nice.
Decent food and friendly wait staff. The food will not set the world on fire but the restaurant has a cosy feel to it when it is not crowded.
Amazing food, best Japanese I've had. Only complaint was slow service, but nothing inconvenient.
