A decent hotel in a great location and reasonably priced. It's within walking distance from at dozens of nice restaurants, cafes, fast food, convenience stores, and shopping. What else could one ask for. The rooms are rather small compared to other Hamptons I have stayed at. However, the beds are very comfortable and a had great, restful sleep during my stay. Due to its location away from the main streets, there is no noise from traffic.nThe breakfast is great with many nice offerings. They even have gluten-free bread/toast and sausages. I was pleasantly surprised. I wish to acknowledge Nathan, the server at breakfast who does a fantastic job with service and is very careful about allergens and guests' special needs.

Stayed last night. Great location, comfy beds, lovely rooms, fab breakfast and friendly staff. Was my first time to stay in this hotel but certainly won’t be my last. It was a short stay this time but would have no issues with a longer stay next time. The staff were wonderful.

Stayed at this hotel for a concert on Thursday lovely hotel great staff always book here couldn't fault the hotel.  One downside is one of disabled party had trouble getting there only due to renovations usually so simple.  But didn't hinder our stay rooms so comfortable great night sleep be back soon.

Very clean, although room was a little chilly had to request a blanket.  Food lovely and plenty of it! Staff absolutely brilliant helpful and nothing too much trouble.  Will be visiting again if in Belfast.

Currently staying here for a couple nights, and overall, it’s a great hotel.  The location is perfect, staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast/bar is a nice environment with good offerings, and the list goes on.nnUnfortunately, the biggest concern with a hotel is getting a good night’s sleep, and that’s where the only problem lies.  Upon getting into bed, you can hear a lot of noise from the springs, which continues with any move you make.  Furthermore, those springs which are making all the noise?  They’re also poking into your back and side, depending upon how you sleep; the mattress is 100% shot and is not conducive to getting rest.nnThe only other issue we had was with parking, as the reception wasn’t able to properly validate the parking ticket, resulting in a bit of back & forth walking to and from the garage.nnAside from the lack of sleep attained here, it would have been a great stay and quite possibly a 5 star review, but that simply wasn’t the case.  Perhaps you’ll have a better stay, but due to our experience, despite all of the good things we discovered here, I cannot  recommend this hotel.
