Good no frills hotel. Clean, friendly, pleasant staff- has a bar, self service breakfast, small shop for snacks and a gym. Bar meals are also served. There is a large lounge area with plenty of electric sockets and work tables. 
It is 7 miles from Aberdeen city centre with a frequent bus service from just across the road.
Although advertised for business travellers this hotel is suitable for families, we had a comfortable family room with excellent blackout curtains!

Very clean and modern room with comfy bed and choice of pillows, although not particularly big. USB sockets for charging gadgets, very good shower ensuite.  Breakfast buffet (included) was really good with hot cooked breakfast as well as cereals, pastries (inc waffles) and fruit. Late checkout and breakfast at weekend.  Would definitely stay again.

Lovely new hotel. Nicely decorated and modern with free WiFi and parking. Decent breakfast included. Food was fresh and replenished regularly enough, although wasn't that busy. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Only thing I would personally count against the hotel was it's proximity to Aberdeen as was a good 25 minutes drive to and from centre of Aberdeen (Union A
Square for example).

Lovely hotel. Great staff. Very clean and airy rooms and excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel. Spacious room. Good breakfast selection and friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely be going back
