Applied for a loan, waited 3 DAYS! to get a response, called waited over 15 min each time and the same staff are ignorant, can't be bothered attitude, keep you holding on for ages. When asked about my application was told it's in a backlog pile!! ha-ha for 3 days then told the lady dealing was in a meeting again, very poor service overall.

Best stay away from terrible, low quality customer service, unprofessional staff communications and lazy attitude but then again typical of finance industry and banks. 

Went elsewhere and got a better loan agreed in 1 day.

BEST AVOID Hampshire Trust Bank - the bank that likes waste your time.
