Nice bar and cafe . Comfy sofas.  Coffee is £3.60 which is a bit pricey.   Nice pleasant staff.

The food here feels as though it has gone downhill, sadly. No eggs benedict available for brunch, and £8 for one slice of sourdough and a small portion of fairly standard scrambled eggs. Drinks were wonderful though and a really nice selection of mocktails, and great service.

Nice and quick service. The dishes were amazing especially the melted Camembert dish was the best. Really enjoyed. My only downside was the portions that’s on me of course as I am used in larger ones

A belated review from July 2022, but a locally named cocktail, Stockbridge75 from this bar/restaurant helped to celebrate a move to the area.  Both staff and customers created a very welcome ambience for a new comer.  Several return trips for food & drink since, have confirmed that the original welcome was genuine....thank you.

Not been here since I lived in Stockbridge in the 90s, its changed a bit but not for the worst! We had a great burger, a few pint and our grandson had fun and was made to feel very welcome    Lovely to be back, we will go again, nice!  Kid-friendliness: Very welcome and very friendly towards kids.

Met friends for dinner and drinks. Service was good but menu limited especially for vegetarians. I have been a few years ago and the only veggie main meal then, as now was risotto. It was not very interesting and expensive for what it was. It would not take much to even add a veggie burger to the menu to at least add some choice.  Vegetarian options: Poor

Very nice food. Portion size varies depending on what you order. A bit pricey but the taste is well worth it. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly service. Ended up going twice and would glady go again.

Used to enjoy this bar / restaurant. Staff are nice and attentive but the food was really bad. 17 pounds for a "large" burger and 18 pounds for the fish and chips. Both very over cooked, greasy and bland. The burger in particular was much worse than a burger king whopper. The chips were good but they should have had about double the amount on the plate. How much does an extra couple of potatoes cost?

Terrible experience from a place I've been going to for 5 years and loving it. Staff too busy chatting, who don't know the food or drinks on offer, food that is overpriced, badly presented and missing necesssry elements. Poor attitude of the mgt, not welcoming or caring. 5 mains courses and two not available, 5 deserts and non available at 3pm in the afternoon. No apologies, no compensation, no chance of us returning. Over priced, underwhelming, and delivered badly.  It takes years to build loyalty to a brand and less than an hour to destroy it.... shame !
