Sent two dresses in to be altered..was told £45 for both and when we went to collect them was charged £75. Frank flat out denied he ever said £45. Only word to describe him is a conman. He is robbing people blind! Definitely never be returning here and looks like i'm not the only person he has ripped off.

took my daughters coat here for a new zip because it seemed to me like it needed one. when i picked it up, they fixed it without replacing it and saved me £13! they were honest without replacing it anyway to make money. really nice people too and would tell everyone to go here now
