Dr David is a fantastic clinician. Incredibly thorough, and explained everything so I understood. Also, Sarah has been great at dealing with the admin side of my treatment. Would highly recommend, and looking forward to my treatment commencing!
Not the best experience. Long and extremely boring lecture takes up most of the treatment time and only 5 actual minutes of hands on treatment which was very disappointing. They were badgering me to pay for a course of treatments costing a rather large amount and wanted me to sign on the dotted line…Unfortunately it’s a hard sell establishment and l will not be returning.
I have been having treatments here for the past 4 years, Alistair is very friendly and professional, he always helps with posture and lifestyle advice in regards to keeping the spine healthy aswell as the corrections and treatments. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and alwaya make you feel incredibly welcome. Alistair presented me with the initial plan starting off at 2 treatments a week and now down to 2 a month, and eventually 1 a month for routine adjustments. As someone who works in an office at a desk for hours and also works out at the gym, Alistair is always genuinely careing in helping you achieve a healthy life.
The team at Halsa Godalming are very welcoming and knowledgeable. They have really helped me with my back issues. It's good to stand up straight with no discomfort. Highly recommend!
I was recommended to Halsa by a friend and was so glad that he did so! I had a bad back problem with my lower spine! A very thorough diagnosis and x-rays showed a disc problem! I booked a number of treatment sessions with Alistair who was so helpful and professional, as were the reception staff! After just a couple of chiro treatments my back was feeling much better and enabled me to work and have my usual active lifestyle without pain! First class company, staff and practitioners! Huge recommendation!
Best thing I ever did was to take advantage of the promotion of the initial consultation and xray. From day 1 was welcomed by friendly reception staff and my select chiropractor Keric Allenbrook He discussed the outcomes with me from the his consultation and expat and recommend a treatment plan over a initial 12 week program and a review after. Since having my treatment my back has been so much better, and balance and posture has approved a lot. Thanks to Keric and the Halsa team Mayur
Sadly I didn't find the expected treatment or service, given all the amazing reviews here. I went as a new patient, after calling on the day for treatment due to a mildly painful back because of a minor injury. I wanted it treating so that it wouldn't worsen. The staff were friendly, although there was no receptionist and I stood around for quite a while waiting. My issue was that the very nice and enthusiastic chiropractor seemed to be gearing me up for something far more than I had gone in for. He spent the vast majority of my appointment talking at me about how Chiropractic treatment should be about treating the whole person and detailed this as 3 areas - emotional, physical and chemical. He also wanted and only because I'd got a deal package I allowed to do an X-ray which was quite unnecessary for the reason I went that day. I strongly felt I was trying to be asked to commit to long-term visits where I would have my emotional, physical and chemical areas worked on. Sorry, but that is not what I went in for or wanted from a chiropractor. Obviously if you just do a quick fix and don't address things holistically then problems come back and so one should address this with whichever specialist/practitioner one wants to choose - Halsa shouldn't presume clients want to discuss emotional and chemical issues with them in any depth, but it was done all wrong at my visit. Yes, one should look at the whole person, but the main focus should be on what the immediate problem is and how to alleviate it as soon as possible! Clearly this very nice chiropractor has a remit to sell a 'whole package' to potential clients coming in on voucher deals. So instead of having my issue resolved quickly to prevent worsening, I instead had to sit and listen to a mildly patronising spiel about aging, emotions and all the rest. I got literally 1-2 minutes max on the table, having absolute minimal physical work done. All the remaining time was being talked at while I got increasingly upset at the knowledge that I wouldn't have my problem addressed that day. Suffice to say I won't be returning.
Great service, really feel the difference in myself and my body. Great staff and great communication! Highly recommend!
Not happy with their diagnosis too generic and when question could not confirm that it was correct. Paid for x rays and then tried to push hard sell for up to 24 visit which would off cost into three figures. I have never had more than 10 to 12 visit at the chiropractic before.
Love the people, love the community, health feels so much better and I continue because I believe it’s worth it.
