I contacted Care For Health due to having daily back and neck pain. On initial consultation, they carried out various assessments and took x-rays, and in the follow-up appointment gave me their diagnoses and tailored a treatment plan for me. Mark and the team have been very clear and professional throughout and are always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have. Since starting treatment in January, I have seen a significant improvement in my neck and back. I have noticed less pain and stiffness, and I am able to do daily activities more comfortably. I am now on one of their maintenance plans once a month for me, but can be more frequent for other patients to keep on top of the progress. Thank you to Mark, Luke and the rest of the team for your amazing work.
The team at Care For Health are a excellent. From the first time I visited and throughout my treatment. I can recommend them highly to anyone. Very professional and understanding of the problem and the goal that I want to get to. Both Luke and Adam built a programme for my back issue and the results have been great.

I have been receiving treatment for some months and am on 'maintenance' treatment. The team have been excellent, always very professional and compassionate. I highly recommend this team in helping restore and realign wellbeing. There is no sense of pressure and I feel great! Milo Mike's dog is always so welcoming too.
Dr Mark at Care for health has been looking after my spine for years. I always feel fantastic after a session. I love the friendly welcoming nature of the clinic and it's even better when Mylo the dog is behind reception. I went to originally see luke for some back issues I’ve been having for a while and he was brilliant at talking me through the issues and building a plan to help me recover. I have also seen Abi for a different issue with my hand and I can’t say enough good things about them both. There entire team have been so helpful and welcoming every time I go in and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.
Every time I visit Care for Health I am welcomed by a friendly, smiling face! After my initial consultation, I immediately felt I was in safe hands with Mark who gave me a plan for improvement and five weeks on I am already feeling the results. For me, trusting someone with my back problems was a big deal but I needn't have worried! I have also received care from Adam and Luke and feel exactly the same.
Mark and the team are fantastic, they helped my back pain massively cannot recommend them enough!
I have had back issues since my teens & after having children they had got worse. I was not a quick fix but Mark & Adam worked together to provide the best treatment for me. I am now pain free & able to participate in sports for the first time in ages! Care for Health provide preventative care for my children due to family history of scoliosis & will also help at any time with any acute issues they have. Everyone is incredibly friendly & caring with the lovely receptionists always making sure you have a happy welcome when you walk through the door! Would definitely recommend.
Care for Health is amazing. I was really struggling with back pain and couldn’t get through my work days because of it. I had seen different people each one giving me different things to try and nothing worked. Thought I would try Care for Health and it has t helped soooooo much. The staff there are so nice and friendly, it’s such a chilled out space and some times you get to meet Milo. the goodest dog I know.
