The service today - as always - was terrific! I didn’t have an appointment and was heading out on a road trip to Cape Breton, and all of a sudden, a light came on and I needed something checked out. I drove straight to VW and Heather and one of their new employees helped me without any hesitations…or waiting! She took me aside, checked out the issue, and fixed things right then and there ̈ She sent me on my way and ensured my car was ready to hit the road. The staff at VW are remarkable every single time…so thank you! It’s an absolute pleasure whenever I go in to have my car serviced, but times like today really show the ways that the VW team go above and beyond!
Everything went smoothly. Repairs took over a day but Heather arranged a rental car and explained all that was to be done in a way I could understand. The mechanic was also very helpful in arranging for me to get the few things I needed from the car while it was in the garage. Repair went very smoothly.
I always get great service here. I had a flat over the weekend and showed up first thing Monday morning hopeful they could plug my tire without me having an appointment. I left my car there and Heather took care of the rest! She is fantastic to deal with and the great customer service is what keeps me coming back!
I called in scheduled a service, thinking what I was told was correct by the call centre. NOT SO MUCH! Insert Heather Jollimore to the rescue!! Heather put my mind at ease and was able to get me an appointment earlier! Hats off to Heather for being AMAZING at what she does! Barry Henneberry was great to deal with at my appointment as well! Well done! I love a dealership with people who actually care and have a personality!
Amazing service as always. We have a lot of driving to do over the next two weekends and needed a service check. Heather really helped us out and saved our summer plans! Thank you Heather and all of the folks in the service department for your dedication.
As usual, the staff at Hillcrest Volkswagen service are excellent! Everything done as promised, competently, and with a smiling face. Particular, thanks to Heather who went above and beyond. Wonderful experience as usual.
Pedro sold me my car and he was available to help during the process. However, the whole process was full of miscommunication between myself, Pedro and the manager. Constantly changing the numbers and increasing my payment, saying one thing and doing another. Not following up with me to update me and then last minute putting me under stress. The communication was all over the place and not clear. If it wasn’t for me double checking and asking elsewhere I would’ve been completely taken advantage of. In the end, I did receive my car but still did not a receive payment for the vehicle I traded in. As a young woman customer who was looking for a helpful experience I would not recommend this dealership.
Purchased our new to us dub a year ago from Oreagans, and until this point have never worked with a dealership for past mechanic needs. We have had the car in twice unexpectedly in 2 weeks and the team was amazing. Very helpful in getting our car seen about and taking care of us. Heather at the desk was super helpful and efficient both times we brought it in. Great experience.
I needed a large amount of work done on my vehicle, and Heather was able to book me in within 2 weeks. It happened to fall in the middle of my vacation week so I accepted the appointment but asked to keep me in mind if any cancellations. I knew it was a long shot but had to ask. Unfortunately they were booked pretty solid. All of a sudden, sent me an email asking if I would be able to drop my car off tomorrow!! I am so so excited and so grateful to have been working with Heather. She’s been sooo easy to work with, contact and schedule with. Heather, in my opinion, is the highlight of O’Regans. She is the reason I stayed with the dealership. By far. Very grateful for her professionalism and going above and beyond.
I brought my car in a few weeks ago for some repairs and a checkup. Heather in service was wonderful to deal with and made sure I was well looked after. There was a warranty issue with my heater core that she was able to get sorted out and was also able to arrange a car for me when we realized my car wouldn't be ready before the weekend. I received multiple text updates to keep me informed and Heather even cleaned and returned my Tupperware that I had left in the rental car. Thank you Heather for the amazing customer service.
