What can I say! Took my pride and joy here, yes 14 yrs old car, left it with them for a full service and to do a complete health check, they came back with a list , needs…. And might need. I told them to go ahead, told them I would need the car in 2 days time! Guess what ! Car was ready, drove it straight to London and it drove absolutely a 100% better then it did, and it didn’t drive bad before the service. Weldone and thank you everyone at Stonelake! Yes they are not cheap but they are cheaper then and better then the dealership!! And better then some so called independents! Suly
Big thanks to the team at Stonelake for getting me going today with a 5 min job that ended up being longer and borrowing a part of one of their own motors. Nothing is to much trouble.

We had a problem with our car, found out there were other urgent problems that needed resolving too but all needed doing within a tight deadline before going on holiday. The team managed to get all of our problems fixed just in time for our holiday and we're very friendly, informative and upfront about everything. They even sent us videos of all of the problems so we had a better understanding of what exactly was the problem and asked us before carrying out additional work to ensure we were happy for them to go ahead with additional repairs. Natalie, their receptionist, was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and very pleasant to speak with at the desk and over the phone. Ben, their mechanic, was very informative of all problems, very knowledgeable and very conscientious of our timescale. He also informed us of worst case scenarios so that we were prepared if needed. Thank you so much to all of them for getting our car repaired! It ensured we could enjoy our holiday without the worry of breaking down whilst there!
Needed help with a dead battery the other day. Came out to boost it so car would start to get to garage. Fitted within the hour. Look after their customers well.
Great service, great knowledge, great price. Just how a car garage should be but never normally is. Stonelake stand head and shoulders above any other dealers I have ever dealt with.
Just want to say a massive thank you on behalf of the Greens, the blue landrover. My dad is absolutely over the moon it’s now running after us previously worrying itd never work again due to a garage previously absolutely ruined it.. to say his car wasn’t due in to even been looked at until the 15th December and you guys going above and beyond to get it sorted before the above date! .. finding a reliable garage is obviously proving difficult for my disabled dad who was left without a car for over a month, but it’s safe to say he’s finally found a garage in yourselves he’ll now turn to if he has any future problems. Again thank you for making his Christmas! He’s absolutely over the moon. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.
