Staff are very friendly. Never long queues, but how I wish they stayed open a little later in line with other banks. I do not leave work until 4.30, which is the same time as the Halifax close. Saturdays are no better, with half day opening, which would be fine if they stayed open in line with the other high street banks during the week. I would give 5 days if opening hours were improved
