Slow and under staffed 
I visit on a regular basis but only due to convince of working round the corner I always have to join the very slow moving que   and with only ever one member of staff behind the counter surly the person that stands there trying to unsuccessfully help ppl in the que would be of far better use serving behind the counter instead

Excellent mogadge adviser I ever meted,very good knwlage when he explained absolutely honerst and great ,he not rush at all ,I saw he big oganised for me ,that make me coustermer very spaicial, great job and cearing best ,very valuable for Halifax ,I'm hight recommend that person ,I think his name Jean  ,thankyou Halifax .
