Training is needed to ensure you treat elderly people with respect and kindness and understand they need your help with banking. One day you will be elderly yourself.

This is not a helpful bank at all. My elderly mother need to ask a question about her house deeds which the Halifax hold for her. The amount of time on the phone going through press this number for one thing press this for another was quite stressful for her. The staff member being male was quite rude and most unhelpful. My mother has being a customer for over 40years and quite honestly We will be changing banks as of today. Customer service was nil
