Ok, I actually go in even less than once in a blue moon but this time I had to. No one in there! Usually there would be a floor walker with a tablet: nope. No one behind the counter, not even a customer - I had to check that the place was open! Then check that it wasn't having an 'incident'... The teller shortly came to the hatch and looked surprised to see me. Ok, it might have been as long as 30 seconds, to be fair. Then the teller started trying to sell me home insurance...
Don’t expect this branch to keep on top of the cash point machine. Been twice and had issues making a deposit. Very disappointing. Expect better from the only local branch near me.
Halifax in Havant is excellent. Friendly & Very Helpful Staff. A pleasure to use this bank.
Im truly happy with this branch. It all good, helpful. No busy, no fuss
