Waited in a queue for 30 minutes only to be told the service I wanted they couldn’t provide, went to the Gosport branch and they sorted it out in 10 minutes
Rubbish opening times. People with jobs and lives just can't get there and it's even more unhelpful when the website says opens at 9 but the bloody counter doesn't open until 9.30. Waste of time for customers and just infuriating as I couldn't resolve the issue over the telephone so had to go into branch.
Waited 25 mins for service only 2 ladies on the desk apparently no one else in the building. They hate there customers does Barclays

tried opening an account for my son, was told his national insurance number would do, so we rang up, got a national insurance letter- went back to the bank, for our appointment, to be told that ID is no good! ended up going natwest.. always long slow queues in here .
What a difference a few months make. Until yesterday I have always had excellent customer service! I was told to go home and go online. That's fine I'm looking for another bank.
Went this morning to pay a finance finish fast with the financepay more then unusual...and I can’t do it online ...I had to come with details that they give me ..and a lady who was not very happy was very rude ,,come on check this see if is ok ..cause i don’t understand ..I don’t know what u wanna do ,what u wanna me to do ,, You could do this from home ,pls check look ..cause if something happen I don’t know what u want me to do ,,... The staff are all ways very helpful, we like it because we can still get a statement printed out and most banks have stopped it .
As a pensioner and the majority of people living in EMSWORTH are......I now find we have to travel to Havant, join a queue, tnen be told "There is NO adviser available? From back in Emsworth it took 34 minutes by phone to be told Barclays Havant will phone me to arrange a "Five " minute meeting ... Absolutely useless Customer for more than 60 years.....Help... Richard Tucker
Terrible parking. Never fussed about keeping queues down. Couple of staff members are good but it's a lottery if you get them.
