If I could give this bank no stars then I would. Unhelpful, unfriendly and incorrect information given. No understanding shown or empathy for customers. I would never hold an account here and I have only had to deal with them for a family member.

Never answer their phone - unlike my local brand and the Liverpool! This branch just seem to want to avoid speaking to customers! I only wanted some change ffs
