Disgraceful service against disability Wow money still pending and still constantly making up rubbish to release my money. When we said we need my money to clear to buy disability car and other medical expenses. Can't give answers. Let's see what lawyer and a court says.
Called in branch Wednesday, to add husband to a new account, bearing in mind we already have two joint accounts already. Branch was empty, but apparently no staff available to check husbands ID. Told we had to make an appointment. I could understand if branch was busy, but we were the only ones in there. Absolutely disgusted.
I visited the branch on Saturday with a few issues with my online banking that google couldn't help! I asked for help and was put in touch with Kathryn who took myself and my partner into a meeting room - working in a customer service focused environment myself - I do believe feedback should be given when it is due - Kathryn has gone out of her way to find a solution to the issue I have had and has kept me updated throughout - she is an absolute credit to the team in Colchester, I did ask if there was a customer survey I could fill out but unfortunately not. She was incredible and I have every faith she will be able to resolve the issue which I'm currently being a guinea pig too! Professional, friendly, polite and a great Character, my partner is currently thinking about leaving her bank for Halifax. 5 stars is not enough!

Halifax is a joke, the don’t care about you or your money. I had a situation, someone hacked my account and use my money on online shopping, i called Halifax to complain about it, the told me that the have investigated it, that the person who made the online shopping has the same iPhone and carrier EE that i have, even though the didn’t tell me what iPhone the had, so the where thinking i was the one who made the online shopping. So I asked them, if am the only one who has iPhone and with carrier EE. Halifax didn’t go further with the investigation, and my money was gone like that. Now i have changed my bank to RBS Royal Bank of Scotland were I know my money will be in a safe hand. Do not Trust Halifax, people has be complaining.
I pop into this branch quite a lot as I work just around the corner. The staff offer such a good service. Kathryn and Tyler are a credit to the company.
Absolutely incompetent staff. Second attempt at opening a new joint account without success. Surely the definition of a joint account is that it is shared by more than one person? It seems to be impossible here.
Halifax didnt bother to change their opening hours on business page new years eve. They closed at 3pm and i had a wasted journey to town!!
Very good customer service! Thanks to the guy who showed me how to cash in cheques in the machine! Top bloke
