Always a smiling face and friendly service...................strange opening hours though...............let's hope 'Mr Halifax' keeps it open and it doesn't go the same way as Santander !
The lady dealing with me in the Halifax was friendly, and gave a good customer experience. Quick and efficient.
In this branch the staff are so helpful polite and friendly I wish that all the banks in our area would follow in there footsteps
Awful, that cash point ate my card & the people on the branch did nothing to help, I was left without any way of paying for food or petrol, the manager just told me to try & borrow money from someone else.
Neither helpful or friendly, I was much happier with nat west until they closed my branch.
