How helpful it would if if they had more staff given that the New Malden branch is now shut. How helpful it would also be if they had a sign up saying that they did not accept coins, so that one does not have to wait in a long queue to be informed of this. How helpful again if, rather than relying on the fact that they sent a letter to your octogenarian relative stating this many months ago, they thought about things from a customer's point of view.
This "branch" doesn't accept cash payments as they don't have a cash counter machine. They should close this branch to save money, and to stop wasting peoples time thinking it is a Bank Branch when it is not. Total waste of time. Drive 30 minutes to next branch to see if they "accept" cash deposits.... Not a bank.
A Store Assistant there refused to make a transfer although I had all the necessary support documents had passport etc I was simply trying to transfer from an account in my name to and account in my name. I was spoken to like a thief... But Assistant made transfer When I threatened to call head quarters. Subtle racism at its best...Additionsl employee training needed
Rude branch manageress !!, megalomaniac, domineering , arrogant not fit to work in any establishment - process attitude as if she own Halifax !!- stay clear from this branch - should be closed down , close it down if there is no decent staff to provide services.
The hours of this branch are totally useless if you work...... AND no longer open on a Saturday morning.
