Had an excellent experience here, tom, tim and Shane went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that we had a top quality roof box fitted to our van. Without the lads going the extra mile we would not have been able to fit the box onto my badly designed roof rack but the boys made it work. They made sure that we were sorted out and I appreciate their professionalism massively. Thanks gents
Brilliant Customer service @Halfords Omagh, Tim, Shane & Tom were friendly and helpful. They did a 15 point check on my car, and put my mind at rest that my car is up to scratch for the winter. They even put on my new steering wheel cover. Great service, will be back.
I bought a set of wiper blades for my car. Gareth who served me was very helpful & mannerly. Unfortunately he had to charge me for fitting the wiper blades. It only took a minute or two to fit them. I would have given you 5 stars had I not been charged for the fitting. I realised afterwards that I would have been capable of fitting them myself. It would make me think twice before going back to Halfords.
Purchased a new car seat for my 5month old son. Tim helped show me different car seats and find one that suited all my requirements. Tim helped to demonstrate how to put the car seat in. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would 100% recommend Halfords to friends!
Was in the Omagh store today and a sales assistant called Tom was so helpful. After I bought my item I got my windscreen washer filled for free. A++++ service from Tom

I cant remember the bois name but he fixed my headlight in quick time and was very helpful. He was shorter in height with black hair wearing shorts!

Out standing service by the bike technician, went over and above to make sure our kids bike was made safe, made me aware of the faults that other bike shops said they fixed, I can't praise Halfords Technician Ciaron enough.
Stereo fitting service done . Expertly fitted fast and efficient friendly service. All explained and demonstrated on how to use thank you Dillion.
