Good customer service. But as I am a trade customer I expected a vat receipt was told it would be emailed to me, but what I received was spread over 4 x A4 pages with adverts all over and the vat number on the last page also the page with the items cost on it doesn't even say Halford on it, I looked for a link to a printable version but to no avail.nThis is not what I expected.nRegards;- Gordon Bryan, Inverness..
Had headlight bulbs fitted by a very competent and friendly under manager called Davey.nHe was courteous and new his job well, i will return.
Booked an appointment to get 4 new tyres fitted. The booking advised getting there 10 minutes early, so I planned my morning to get there on time. Told on arrival that there were 3 cars ahead of me and it would be a couole of hours. I made an appointmemt and arrived on time. But nope, picked up my car 3 and a half hours later. A simple phone call to delay my appointment by a couple of hours would have saved me wasting my whole afternoon! Took my nearly new - summer tyres away to find a grive cut in the tread all the way around on the same place on each tyre, so looks like the machinery is a bit crap too!
Brat experience with young gentleman in dash am department. Honest well informed person with a great customer outlook. I can’t recommend this gentleman enough. Talked me through the best camera for my use.
Extremely pleased with the service I received when I needed a replacement car battery fitted in a hurry.nnAs a walk-in customer the assistant assessed which battery was required and very quickly fitted it, despite it being in an awkward location.nnHe was professional and friendly in manner, helping make it possible for us to leave for our holiday with only minimal inconvenience.nnVery pleased.
