Popping the bonnet, checking bulb worked, I was ready2 leave within less than 10mins 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I offered Adam a cash appreciation tip which he flatly refused stating Halfords employees are not allowed to accept cash tips frm as I am very satisfied customer, Adam told me2 leave my appreciation on the company review website albeit 3/4 days later...

 Personally Adam avin he's end of the day 1st pint on me via my wish2 tip, as Halfords ad continuous advertising frm the day I visited and whenever I bring up me experience in the future..

Customers who like me self should be allowed2 tip if we wish right? Ya lucky I've remembered even bothered2 rate n leave my view on my Halfords Raunds branch experience....

Took my car to have new front and rear wiper blades, the fitter popped the rear wiper blade out and said it could not be replaced, clearly what he actually did was to break the fitting. So I lost my rear wiper blade on my very next trip using the rear wiper. This prompted me to write this review, I had previously forgiven his clumsy scratching of my cars from wing when changing the front blades.
